The front desk gentleman was very nice, hotel seems to be run by a family. But during breakfast, while we were eating, the kitchen staff started spraying & cleaning right next to us, when I objected, she loudly argued she had to...we took our food to our room to finish.

This property served its purpose. I mistakenly booked a flight for Tuesday instead of Monday and just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. Although pleasant, the young lady who checked me in had on a hoodie and joggers. It threw me off a bit but again, I just need somewhere to lay for the night. No biggie I guess. The room was clean but is totally outdated. Could definitely use some renovations. The carpet smelled like mold. My displeasure is with the manager, Nick Patel. I witnessed him being extremely rude to an Asian gentleman who just needed help. There obviously was a language barrier. Use Google translate like the rest of us. Working in the hospitality business, you will be met with guests of different races, backgrounds, languages, etc. It is your job and DUTY to help them. The gentleman came in saying the word “taxi? taxi?” in Chinese. He clearly needed help. The MANAGER snaps back and says “I dont know! YOU do it!”. The Asian gentleman went outside confused, looking at his phone, trying to figure it out. I was actually in the lobby waiting for a Lyft. I ended up helping him myself, using an app the gentleman had on his phone. It was really simple and just took a little bit of compassion and patience. Nick, not only are you a terrible manager. You’re a terrible human being. Please learn some hospitality skills. I will never stay here again. What a terrible place.
