Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are always clean and orderly. The shuttle service to medical centers is very convenient.

I. Didn’t like the check in. I could not find the front desk because there were no directions to get there. There were no signs or directions. Then the checkin clerk was very rude and uncaring.

Clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast not that great.
The Hyatt was a nice, comfortable, clean place. The beds are comfortable, and I saw no signs of bedbugs at all. Thats a plus in my book. The little store is extremely overpriced (8.66 for a 4 oz bag of peanut m&ms) and the breakfast was not good. I have stayed at other Hyatt's, and the breakfast was always soo much better. For paying almost $200 for 1 night, you would think it would be better.
