Crappy maintenance Bad afternoon desk clerk/mgr
Shower/tub was old with paint flaking off tub. Worse the shower faucet handle was broken hard to turn on and would not ever shutoff. Told front desk to fix for next day. Got back next afternoon and worse it was not fixed and worst desk mgr was rude saying did not get work order, but I had told them and it was THEIR job to get get work order and fix.

Room had roach traps throughout.....plus we found live bugs. Asked to switch rooms. We were given room with unworking toilet. Told that plumber would fix next day which did not happen. Had to switch rooms again. The 2nd service person was very good, empathetic. Disappointed since past stays here have been good.

The property had roaches and they came out even during the day. It got on her food and at night, i saw it on my husband's toothbrush. The elevator was not working for a few days. I had to carry our luggage downstairs. My husband is sick and couldn't help. The toilet kept running water. The carpet was filthy and it smell bad.

The room was really dirty and everything was broken down the door looked like someone tried to break in, tried to use the keys would not work asked the lady to change me to another room, but they didn't have any, I told her that I could not stay in the room and to refund my reservation money she stated that will, but I still have not received my credit.

Seems like every time stay here, the elevator is not working. Is it permanently inoperative or am just lucky? They put me on the 3rd floor as far away from the stairwell as possible. Inconvenient to say the least. Also, there is a homeless camp on the other side of the fence behind the property. Does not feel safe at all. May be my last stay here.
