I had major surgery & choose this hotel to recover for a few days after and they would not allow my DoorDash carrier to bring my things to my room, my family my family member had to keep going up and down when they arrived. Tried to order room service on Saturday and asked at about 4pm for a menu since one was not in my room. Guest service said they will bring one up and over an hour later still nothing. I called down to see where it’s at and then told they stopped room service and access to the dining room bc of a wedding taking place. So denied ability to use the facility services I chose the hotel for. Again I was in recovery and could not drive or go anywhere else for dinner. I was not Familia with the area and so had to search for places that delivered that was not fast food. It was not a good experience when I needed it to be smooth for the type of hotel and room I chose. I am appauld by the service or lack there of available at this hotel. The front desk people and housekeeping were nice but being denied access to things I needed was disappointing.

Disaster waiting to happen.
Coffe pot didn’t work. Didn’t have hot water first day. Only two elevators worked. Entrance and exit from park garage didn’t work. One day got stuck in one off the elevator. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. This will be the last time I stay here unless y’all start taking care of the customers. Unbelievable.

One day while i had food poisoning, the elevator didnt work. We timed it and it took 8 minutes just for the elevator to reach us on the first floor. When it did, a worker at the hotel stepped out with a towel/cleaning cart, blocking the elevator entrance, elevator closed causing us to have to wait another 6 minutes for the elevator. Key cards didnt work after the initial use so three days straight included us having to get new room keys. Breakfast was good though.
