The hotel was in a pretty good location. Food was okay but very expensive. Everything was very expensive. Did not like the fact that the hotel did not have lounge chairs on the beach and it was very expensive to rent them. Our room was a "partial ocean view" and the balcony was very tiny and not comfortable at all. Also, our room was very noisy in the early hours of the morning.

The best experience I’ve ever had, psa highly recommend valet parking but it’s 50 a night but HIGHLY worth it.

Taking the elevators is a horrible experience as they are so very slow, especially in the morning and around 5 o’clock. You can plan on standing there at least five minutes or more. The room we had which was Ocean view was a partial ocean view you would have to sit on the balcony to see the view, so after discussing how much I paid and that the picture showed a full ocean view, I was moved to a room that had an ocean view without having to stand on the balcony. The location is excellent and the front staff is very friendly when you want to rent umbrellas, the staff was late every single day and we rented from the hotel next-door Every day which opened earlier and you were able to utilize every hour we paid for. Again, this is an excellent hotel, but make sure you get the room you want and paid for and if you have a lot of patience standing waiting for the elevator, you’re good to go. Oh, and they did charge me $500 more to get the view that I originally paid for.
