Good restaurant and bar, lots of potential with remodeled layout. Rooms are small, but the shower is modern, with both handheld and rainfall head. What we didn’t like, and with prior Expedia bookings, is we’re first put into likely the worst room in the hotel (street side, next to exercise room. We asked to be moved, and given a 5th floor, for a 2 night stay.

I love this new propoerty and was so happy to book it for a client coming to do work on Oahu. The room sare beautiful and clean. They have state of the art lighting and everything loks brand new. It is right in the heart of Honolulu so you are within walking distance of so many great things. Waikiki is nice but less attractive to busimess people coming in for work. The AC suits both the vactationer and the business person. The staff is genuinely nice and caring and full of Laoha Spirit. There is also a really great donwstairs bar that has a speakeasy inside as well. Checks all of the great things we were hoping for as a business traveler.

At check in we were told to have a complimentary cocktail at 4:00 in the bar. At the bar we were told nothing is complimentary. Web site states breakfast is on the hotel, “most important meal of the day “. At check out were were told the web site is misleading and it’s $35 per person.
