Charged a parking fee which is ridiculous considering the parking lot is in the middle of a complex of huge suburban parking lots and was not safe. Erratic driving and weird situations with cars doing drug deals late at night. Showed up to check-in and four cop cars were out front dealing with a supposed “noise complaint.” Also, requested that the sofa bed be made up and they refused to do that. Stayed two nights with no maid service.

My stay was wonderfully good, especially Betty. She was wonderful in the front desk. We actually change our room and she was great doing that. This is my second weekend in a row and and I will definitely come again. Very well-maintained place.

Overall good experience however, pool was chilly even when i was ensured it was warm. I also just didn't appreciate the staff using all luggage carts to move boxes for their renovations so I had to carry everything.

Had to pay $125 for an overnight stay just for pets . No other hotel/motel Charges that much Most charge $25 per stay Huge parking lot and hardly anybody there They charged $12 for parking I use hotels for business all the time Never would i recommend this place A total rip off Staff wasn’t all that nice either Told me I don’t read the small print !!
