This great find is a family run hotel that is very affordable. The owners make your stay enjoyable and are always helpful. There is a great speaking son of the owners, who's English is impeccable. I have coeliacs disease and he was very helpful in explaining my requirements to the. Kitchen staff. Close to restaurants, food vendors, shopping , supermarket, and the markets. Walking distance to everything you need. We will be staying here on our next visit to Vietnam.

Great value, clean, good location overall convenient to a lot of places. They do need to improve their accounting system i paid for laundry service 2 days before I checked out but they tried to change me again after I had already paid
