Beds were very comfortable, room was clean; staff were pleasant and helpful. Negatives: walls were thin enough that we could hear neighbors at a couple of points. Dryer was broken, which we only found out *after* washing clothes. No tissues in room. Not enough electrical outlets.

The service was average and the staff OK. They assisted me at the front desk when I needed. The breakfast was not good...nothing to write home about and they only provide coffee in the rooms and no tea; I cannot drink coffee. The walls are very thin which does not allow of peace and quiet and the blackout curtains are not designed to be closed so the room is always lit which is not ideal for everyone. Overall they are just average.
