The staff are not friendly at all, I drove 4 hours to Pa when I got there it was 2:40 pm , I had my reservation I go to check in , there was no room ready , I had to wait for 1 hour and half to get a clean room . One of the staff said to me it’s not her problem that I got there before check in time . Mind you the parking was empty everybody check out at 12pm, at 2:40 there’s was no room clean for customers. Bad service , nasty people ,

The tv was broken in the first room we were given, so we were moved upstairs. The second room had a leaking faucet in the tub which ran all night. Breakfast was terrible and pancake machine was broken with no replacement options. Location was clean and staff was friendly.

The stay was alright.
After flushing the toilet, it take more then 5 minutes before you can flush again. The toilet also got clogged. I notified the overnight person and they gave me plunger to go fix it myself. There were also ants crawling in room. I attached a picture of one of the ants that was crawling on our stuff. The breakfast very meh. I will say the front desk people were nice, friendly and helpful. The room paint was missing in some places.
