Front desk not answering calls. Ice machine directly outside hotel room door. traffic noise when the room is promoted as 'lake view'. Electric heat creates very dry air and difficult to sleep at night. Poor quality TV, channel selections. Paying for parking; not a fan.

this property has the best view of the lake. its right at brant st where there are lots of great restaurants. the place is clean, neat and modern. the staff are so friendly and welcoming. ❤️❤️❤️

Another great stay
We always stay here when visiting family in Burlington. Great location and clean rooms. Breakfast was also good. Music being played in the lobby when we arrived was a bit loud and not very professional
