Welcome to our beautiful, newly refurbished 50sqm apartment building directly at the Hamburger UKE in Eppendorf. The apartment is very cozy and practical and can accommodate up to 6 people, so you can feel at home during a vacation, a business trip or as part of a UKE treatment,

Beautiful!
We loved the apartment, it was clean and quiet and very safe. The only issue is that there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, this could be a concern as it is 4 flights up. We didnt mind the stairs and thought it was great to be at the top as the breeze was so refreshing.

Gut renovierte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend, direkt am UKE. Das Parken war aufgrund der Vorabinformationen kein Problem; täglich ein Parkticket für 10,-€. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, sie ist gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist klein aber ausreichend; das Kochfeld sehr klein und zum wirklichen Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten nicht ausreichend. Bei kleinen Problemen wäre ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort wichtig. Leider war in den Informationen weder eine Telefonnummer noch ein direkter Ansprechpartner hinterlegt. Das war, als die Heizung im Bad zeitweise nicht warm wurde, sehr unangenehm. Hier muss der Anbieter die Kommunikation verbessern.

Einfach perfekt!!!
Wir durften eine Woche in der schönen Wohnung wohnen. Neben der schönen Einrichtung, dem Stuck an den Decken, zwei gemütliche Schlazimmer, ein Wohn- Esszimmer mit Fernseher, Küche/ Bad, fehlte es an nichts. Das Einchecken war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin per Email war sehr freundlich, zusätzlich gab es einen Telefonnummer bei Fragen und Problemen. Es war angenehm ruhig im Haus und in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés in der Nähe. Das UKE liegt direkt vor der Tür. Fußläufig sind Bushaltestellen zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach perfekt!!!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen
Wir waren Ende März 2023 zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung Schute in HH-Eppendorf, die in einer sehr ruhigen Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe des Uniklinikums gelegen ist. Es gibt drei Bushaltestellen in nächster Umgebung, einen Edeka-Supermarkt, zwei Restaurants und ein Café in kurzer fußläufiger Entfernung. Mit Bus und U-Bahn ist man in ca. zwanzig Minuten am Dammtorbahnhof oder in der Innenstadt am Rathaus. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig im vierten OG (ohne Aufzug) gelegen, die Doppelbetten (davon das eine ein großes Hochbett) verfügen über sehr gute Matratzen. Bad und Küche sind zwar klein, aber wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr sauber und geschmsckvoll wie funktional eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden (u.a. Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und ausreichende Kochutensilien). Die Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit vielen hilfreichen Infos und Tippszu Restaurants, Cafés,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsverbindungen). Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte beachten, dass mitterweile auch Eppendorf komplett als Anwohnerparkzone ausgewiesen ist und dass man deshalb nicht um ein Parkhaus herumkommt. Mit einem HVV-Tages- oder Gruppenticket ist man aber auch so in der Stadt preisgünstig mobil. Sehr hilfreich ist die HVV-App. Wir kommen sehr gerne wiederund bedanken uns bei Nina für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Leider etwas weit weg von der U-Bahn und parken ist ein Albtraum, insbesondere nachts. Wird eventuell besser mit dem Anwohnerparken.

Schöne Woche in Eppendorf
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben alles was wir brauchten vorgefunden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Adresse ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Das große Problem für uns waren die Treppen bis in die 4. Etage. Wir sind nicht mehr die Jüngsten, daher ist es also unser persönliches Problem gewesen.
