The property was really elegant. The baths were very nice and staff were friendly. There is a shuttle service from the stations near by to and from the property but requires a phone call to the staff.
Friendly staff. Nice property. They fed us abundantly! Pillow and floor mattresses were not that comfy but we were there for the ryokan experience. Not sure if the hot springs water were clean or not coz shared by everyone and lady said they don’t swap them out.
This was the best hospitality experience I’ve ever had. The people, rooms, service, food, private onsen and everything else was top notch. It’s a shame I only stayed one night, wish I was there for more. The lady at the reception was extremely warm and welcoming to us. Will definitely recommend to everyone to go to hakone for 2 days and stay here!
