The he property was exactly like the photographs I booked this stay for my husband and his colleagues he enjoyed all the amenities and staff except for the parking attendant who was rude and demanding. Hospitality is clearly not his strong suit. Maybe a customer service refresher would be helpful to him. My husband did not know what the rules for parking were and for the same reason asked questions about entering and exiting. The attendant was very rude because of a minor mix up of when to turn in his parking ticket upon arrival for the reminder of their stay.

Hotel was nice but they need to soundproof better. We could hear music from a nearby restaurant that went until 1130 at night on a Sunday. You could also easily hear road noise

Renvoated hotel, great area with restaurantes and Fontabella mall. Breakfast is very good. The elevators are slow and the wifi could be faster, those are the only negatives.

Es nuestra cuarta vez que venimos a Guatemala y nos quedamos aquí en el Wyndham Garden, nos gusta que el hotel esta limpio y moderno, los cuartos limpios y amplios, al Igual muy fácil y rápido para hacer reservaciones. El restaurant nos gusta que tiene variedad y rica comida. En mi experiencia es muy importante dos cosas, el buen servicio y buena comida Lo cual es excelente todo el tiempo que hemos visitado el restaurant.
