When i checked in i was surprised that this was a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in motels that were in better repair than this place. Handles were falling off, lights didnt work, the breakfast was abysmal, they didnt change the sheets or replace coffee cups, they merely rinsed them and would place them back upside down. I used the shuttle service advertised by the hotel, which was advertised as 550 pesos. When i went to payz the dricer told me it was 600 pesos. Perhaps that should have been my first indication of what was to come. The overall feel was dingy and while some of the staff were indeed nice and helpful, many of my personal belongings went missing over the course of my stay. If you want to stay safe and leave with the items you came with, avoid this place. I would urge expedia to end its relationship with this "hotel" as it makes me not trust expedia either.
