The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good. We did not like the very very loud music each night. It was ridiculous! Heard the same complaint from other vacationers. Will not be getting back to a Royalton because of this.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful, the pools and outdoors areas were beautiful, the food was above expectations. Overall it was fantastic and I would definitely go back. Two negatives, first the Pierz 27 "souvenir" shop at the hotel was insanely priced for most things. Sunscreen for $40 (for a single spray bottle) just felt like price gouging your patrons who can't get it anywhere else without leaving the property. That and I wanted a simple St. Lucia t-shirt but couldn't find that or a hat that didn't have their logo plastered all over it. Second, the pictures taken by photographers were also ridiculously priced. Again, I get that they need to pay their staff who do these extras like taking photos of you at dinner or in the pool, but $20 per picture again just felt like gouging. I would've been happy to pay $100 for the 20-30 photos of us in the pool or at dinners (so I can choose which ones I want) but for 350-500 for 30 digital images sent to email? Again, I thought it was excessive. And had it been more modestly priced, I probably would've spent more than I did for the 3 we got! That said, take your own pics and bring your own sunscreen and you'll be fine. The experience otherwise was high class and top notch. I'd definitely visit again in a heartbeat!

Very nice property to have a milestone celebration! Customer service was amazing. Thank you Daniel (F&B Director) Chef Kenneth, Sam from the avibe Team, Bartenders: Antionio, Johnny, and Jefferson, and Server Ava for making my birthday an unforgetable one! The Views were breathtaking. Food and beverage service was fantastic. We lived in the pool and ocean the whole time there. I will be returning to this property for sure!

This resort is absolutely perfect. My wife and I have been to several all inclusives and this one is at the top of the list. The staff are welcoming and accomodating. The food was excellent at every restaurant. The entertainment is great! We have no complaints. We usually don't stay at the same resort more than once, but we will be back here.

Beautiful property and grounds. Beach was a little small (by our standards). Staff was mostly just OK. No one really wowed us. Restaurants had good food but the buffet (which we only at at once) was just OK. The ride to the resort from the airport was brutal….2 hours!

My wife and I have never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before, and we thought we would try this one. This all-inclusive resort was a fantastic stay for my wife and me. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and well lit (We stayed at the Diamond Club portion.) We can't say enough about the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The food at the restaurants were very nice and the bars had a good selection of house drinks. We had quite a choice of activities to choose from (the spa massages were great) and the resort offered musical entertainment for all every night in the courtyard. If you do book a package here, I would opt for the bus service from the airport to the resort. True it is $120/person - but renting a car is more expensive (you do need insurance and an international driver's license) and unless you are comfortable driving on the left side of the road, on the right side of the car, traveling 1.5 hours on hilly, pot-holed roads, with erratic, fast local drivers - take my advice - take the bus service! We would book this place again, but longer (stayed 5 nights) and we would do more activities.
