Stayed two nights and couldn’t be worse. The hotel is very dated, linen smelly and uncomfortable beds. For two nights got bothered by the noise of guests next door. Partying all night and eventually got moved into another room where the shower drips didn’t let me sleep. Instead of trying and keep people quiet, got moved into a different room in the middle of the night. Very poor customer service, won’t visit it again ver again or either recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Everything was great I highly recommend the lakeside room as you get to walk out to the lake and the ducks come to say hello, the walls are thin and this hotel and the tv is way too small but as a whole it’s lovely

Great for an overnight stay close to the motorway.
We used this for an overnight stay before going to the cruise terminal in Tilbury. The hotel contacted us prior to our stay to advise of a function that would be on during our stay and asked if we needed a quiet room. The check in process was easy and parking was free and plentiful even though there was a 300+ function ongoing. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and had a good selection.
