We loved the vibe & the location. Toilet ran all night & fridge made intermittent noise as well which was annoying to this light sleeper but not a deal breaker. Might want to pack ear plugs if you too are a light sleeper. Staff was friendly. Food at breaky was really bad in all 3 of our opinions.Staff at breaky was gr8 .

Our windows faced the forest and it was wonderful and quiet, 10 min walk to the Rim. Heater in the room worked very well as the temp outside was below 40, No Wifi in the room but cell phones get 5G coverage. Plenty of parking next to the building, four charging stations for EV. Highly recommend.
