The staff was very kind, very helpful, they where able to provide help in different languages, booking, check in and check out was quick and without issue. The rooms where clean quiet, cozy. Walkable distance to bug city attractions like the Cathedal and the chapel, it was easy to take the bus to the alhambra from the area around the hotel. The price was also very affordable.

Great location and well presented.
The hotel is well situated. The hotel is very welcoming. The hotel is impeccably clean. The room for single occupancy is a little cramped. There could be less noise in the mornings before 9am by cleaners moving furniture to clean rooms Having said that i booked one night but stayed 3 nights . It’s probably the best location to stay in Granada

We loved this hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff (some American, maybe American owned?) Cosy warm room (some hotels in Spain are cold in winter) Lovely bathroom. Fabulous location. Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear EVERYTHING, but no late night disturbance. Breakfast was a bit average, and poor quality machine coffee, so I’d probably skip the breakfast supplement next time. But I WOULD stay here again.
