Diamond Place 4 - Direct Beach Access

Diamond Place 4 is a large and very spacious first floor unit located on the absolute beachfront at Tugun, step out the front door and onto the golden sands of Tugun beach.

The unit is located at the back of the building, and offers 2 bedrooms - master with queen bed, and second bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is one modernised bathroom and also laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and opens onto the cool tiled open plan living and lounge area, complete with comfortable furnishings and unlimited Wi-Fi.

There is also a private balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coastal breeze.

Diamond Place is a private complex set back from the road, and is only 50m from the patrolled section of the beach. The unit is walking distance to Tugun Village which hosts a selection of trendy cafes and restaurants, food store, medical centre, church and bakeries. The local tavern and Surf Lifesaving Club are also close enough to walk to, where you can also enjoy lunch and dinner including a well stocked bottle shop at the tavern.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.

Linen- Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.

Lovely and Clean - Beach Access
Very nice place to stay. Excellent communications!!! Most amenities provide and in ok condition to use. Checkin/Checkout process a bit cumbersome and keys had to be picked up and dropped off at management site. Otherwise everything else was awesome!!! Would be very happy to stay again.

The location suited us
1. It was neat and tidy. 2. Loo door frequently got ‘stuck’ and was hard to open. 3. Would have preferred to pay and extra $50-100 and had the towels and linen supplied. As many people fly in from down south it affects luggage weight and space. 4. The option to leave the keys in the unit would have been preferable. We were catching an early plane and had to organize others to return the keys. Not everyone would have someone they could rely on to do that. 5. Would consider staying there again as the location was close to relatives 6. Very well equipped kitchen. The oven makes a funny noise and may need attention 7. Internet access is highly recommended for you to consider 8 It was a quiet area which was great Hopefully this appraisal is helpful to you. Thanks for a happy stay.
