There is no wi-fi which was a bit disappointing and when the sun comes up at 4:30-5 am you are awake as the sun blares through the vertical blinds

Fantastic position of the property. Best view
Terrific spot. Accurate photo on web site of our view. Right next to SCL with ok meals and super service from friendly staff. And a gorgeous little breakfast lunch cafe on tne other side of the property We would return just there at the next time we go to the gold coast

A very nice apartment opposite Mermaid Beach.
We stayed here for 5 nights in early July. The 2 bedroom apartment was probably built in the 1980', but has been very well maintained, and has a spacious kitchen with all appliances. The unit was very clean, and everything worked well. The Unit is directly opposite Mermaid Beach, and the Surf Club is 30 metres down the street, and they serve beautiful meals.The unit has a lock-up car space, but it only fits a small car. This is not a problem as the Council carpark for the beach is directly opposite the unit. We very much enjoyed our stay here.l

Disappointing.
pictures make this property look far nicer than it is, property is quite dated. we were greeted by a laundry bag of the previous guests used towels and bedding which was collected the following day. no curtains only blinds so be prepared for daylight in the bedrooms very early morning. small hot water cylinder so high chance of running out of hot water in shower. mold growing on shower ceiling, don't bother trying to use the included carpark unless you have a tiny car, you will have to use the public carpark across the road. apartment is quite noisy you will hear other people coming and going in the building and the bedrooms are directly adjacent to a surf club so be prepared for plenty of noise from there over the weekends social events.
