Pretty basic hotel. Rooms were a bit shabby, light was broken in the bathroom. Breakfast was chaotic with only one staff member working. Wouldn’t stay again

Great hotel, great location. Stayed here with my 6 year daughter due to having a show on at the ovo hydro which is located across the road. Will definitely stay here again.

you pay for what you get!!"!
Parking was good, check in was easy, went to the room and it was ok, lights in bathroom only 1 worked out of three, asked for them to sort, they came up and fixed one (it needed a tap to the bulb they said!! so loose connection) the other one had been disconnected as they are looking to upgrade to LED!! well what do we do until they change then!! the corridor smelt of cannabis, really strong, i did mention it but the staff did not seem that bothered, went out for the day, came back at 11pm to find the room key did not work so back down to reception, then got into the room and it had not been cleaned!! back down to reception, they apologised, they had a lot of guests who said their room had not been cleaned!! said they would get clean towels sent up, 1 hour later i went back down and they had forgotten, got towels and they said the note was put on the handover and the manager would deal with this in the morning, checked out in the morning, manager was called as no notes, spent 20 minutes for four people to try to find the notes, there were no notes or handover, the manager did say he would sort some refund, I do expect this. you get what you pay for I guess, I will not be staying again though, Moxy or Radisson would be worth the extra money unless you like a poorly run, dirty hotel.

The SECC Campanile Hotel is a convenient place to stay after a OVO Hydro/Armadillo concert. The hotel is reasonably priced, comfortable accommodation with good food and free parking.

Nothing was clean. The cups, the floor had crusted stains on it and hadn’t been hoovered… but worst of all someone walked into my room without knocking as I was getting out of the shower and there were a lot of dodgy people just hanging around the foyer… really odd and unsafe for a person alone
