We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel N’vY! The staff are all incredibly helpful and lovely, the food was great and the rooms were lovely with great beds. The breakfast could have been better and was not comparable to the amazing evening meals and room service. The rooms are also unbelievably warm and the smart tv in the rooms does not work great (I am not sure if this was an issue with the remote or the tv but was incredibly frustrating). We also paid extra for a suite with balcony but this was not worth the money as the view is just of back streets and buildings. None of these issues were of great detriment to our lovely stay and I would definitely stay again but maybe in a a regular room.

New & clean hotel, but service was disappointing. Air conditioning in room was dysfunctional (no cooling option) and was overheating the room. We had to leave the room windows open in middle of winter night to be able to sleep however the street noise was then keeping us awake. We reported this & were told it will be addressed but nothing really changed. Unpleasant stay & was a big let down for a city of such stature.

This hotel was so clean. It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very comfortable room. The workout room was great and do clean. About a mile walk into Old Town. Great restaurants and cafes neatby
