Told there was an elevator for my building, had a 3rd floor room, elevator was broken and not going to be fixed for 3-4 weeks. resort daily fee charge told if I used the on site restaurants that i receive the fee back as subtracted from my food charge. Not told food charge HAD to be put on my room bill. not given internet password but told repeated to use my computer to make reservations to restaurants, phone in room did not work, only one plug in by bedside worked and light was in plug...I use a CPAP machine at night and difficulty finding a plug to use. None of my concerns or room problems were addressed except to move me to another building the afternoon of my last night. I definitely would not stay here again. for the price the hotel service at main desk was not friendly. Servers at Shipyard and old Captiva House were wonderful though and handyman for resort very helpful.
