Hotel was not dirty but under construction. Not much of a high end vibe in lobby - it sets the whole tone . Fix the lobby . Very nice staff which was refreshing . Bed clean & comfortable.

Use hanger to adjust shower temp
Just one minor issue, you can’t turn the shower on from the side, you have to be standing in front of it which means you would get blasted with cold water as you try to adjust it— only one shower door slides not two so you can’t reach in and adjust it. To solve this I used a coat hanger to reach the shower faucet and turn it to hot so I didn’t have to get blasted with cold water first.

The property is undergoing a major renovation and it's remarkable how well they've done during the process. Rooms are spacious and clean, albeit some items are dated...but all functional. Check-in/check-out easy and efficient and Shoeless Joes Restaurant is a major plus. Common bathrooms on the first floor need significant work and need to be better maintained. I'm certain that when the work is done, my rating will be a straight 5! I have been coming to this hotel for almost 6 years on a regular basis and will continue to do so on all future trips to the area.

The hotel was clean enough, but under construction so there is a concession stand rather than a gift/sundrie/snack shop. But the biggest issues were the air conditioner did not work and the barn door to the bathroom did not close all the way because it hit up against the hinge on the closet door. Bed was comfortable. Did not seem to be the top quality hotel I would expect from Hilton. It was fine, but the price point at over $300 per night, it was not good enough.

The property is getting back in shape after Hurricane Ian, but it did not stop them from excellent service and the room was up to DoubleTree standards that I have experienced in the past.

Bear with the renovations.
The property is in fine shape, they are undergoing some renovations which meant workers in the lobby and 1st floor area the entire stay. The property lost internet access for a few hours during the morning when I was needing to get some work completed, we had to go to another location so I could complete work. I'm not upset with the remodel so-much as it will make the place better just wasn't quite as good as could have been. We would consider returning however as the staff was wonderful and the location is convenient.

There was no hot water through our stay. Called in the evening and was told that the boiler had been down but was now up but would take a while. Next morning no hot water. No manager to discuss only front desk associate.
