Staff were very welcoming. However felt very pressured with them making dinner reservations for us. We ended up getting lost and missed the reservation. Rooms were good and staff were very accommodating. Organised our transport etc

The hotel is perfectly located near the train station, and was a great neighborhood for our last two nights in Florence. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, and the property itself is gorgeous. Great breakfast buffet!

Very nice property. Situated in an older exterior, while smartly renovated interior. Very comfortable modern facility while retaining old world charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful with tour options to meet our needs. The breakfast menue was outstanding in this botique hotel. The best we have ever had. Modern Clean Hotel in Florence
We had a lovely stay at Flom Hotel. The staff were super kind and very friendly. We had a car, and their valet service was great as it's quite hard to find local parking in the centre of Florence. Our room was big and clean, anyone would have a great stay here.
