The location was superb - right next to the Duomo. The staff wear extremely helpful. The room was clean. The pipes for water were noisy and the stairs were difficult with our luggage as there was no lift. A great location for easy access to everything.

Location Location Location

Pros: Location, nice room
Cons: no lift so i had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor
2 mins walk to Dumomo, located in the heart of flournce so you can walk to anything in the CBD
