The right place
Good time. Front desk service was friendly and fast. Room clean.. TV worked (lots of the bougie joints…. It’s a root canal). Area has good restaurants. Papa casino and Temecula wineries are 20 minutes away. Great call coming here.

My stay here was a letdown, despite the decent price. The room was a mess – bugs, a lousy mattress, and a blanket covered in stains. The place desperately needs an update and a thorough cleaning although I didn't mind any of this until the real headache started when I decided to extend my stay for one more night. I went to the front desk, sorted out the payment, and thought everything was good. However, on the original checkout day, the same lady came banging on my door, claiming I needed to leave. Turns out, she had mistakenly booked the extension for the following day. I got charged extra for HER mishap, and to top it off, no compensation or apology was offered. It's not just about the extra charge; it's about the principle of the matter. Customer service seemed like a foreign concept in this establishment, and it's disheartening that my concerns were just shrugged off. They couldn't even get a simple extension right and didn't bother confirming it properly. The whole experience left a bad taste, and it's concerning that there was no effort to make things right. How does one mess up a simple extension, and more importantly, how does one not take responsibility for it? This experience goes beyond a mere bad review. If you value your sanity and expect a basic level of competence and service, steer clear of this place. It's not just about bugs and stained blankets; it's about an overall lack of care and professionalism that tainted the entire stay.

Manager stole housekeeping tip!
It’s an older hotel but the room was large and the bed was comfortable. The price was great. Parking is right in front of room which is great but after checking out, I was organizing my car when I noticed the manager going into the room I had stayed in. The maid came right as he was leaving & I asked her if I could get my phone charger. She opened the door and saw that the manager had taken the $10 tip & thank you note that said “For Housekeeping” on it. I gave woman a $5 (all the cash i had on me but I could not believe he took the housekeepers tip ! What an a)$(;hole!

Disgusting & Gross Motel
This Motel is really disgusting. Please do not stay if here you can find another local accommodation. I stayed at this location because I had an early meeting with a client, and I live out of town. I booked this motel quickly the day before and regret that I did not read the reviews. The room smelled like Urine and Smoke. The floors were sticky, there was dirt and grime on the doors and walls. The bathroom still had hairs in the floor and shower. The shower also had mold in the corner. The staff was not welcoming and did not give any explanations in how to find my room. I had to ask them to confirm the room location because it was late and dark. The next morning I went to check-out and went inside their lobby. The lobby smells like a gym and sweat.
