Who honestly thinks it’s a good idea to pump music in an airport hotel?! We couldn’t get to sleep because we could hear the base of the music until after 11 - 11.30pm. We were on the first floor and it was infuriating with an early flight.
The hairdryer worked for about 30 seconds sounding very sick before it ‘popped’ and stopped working in my hand. There was no fridge. There was no ability to make a cup of tea. There was no body wash. Toilet flush handle was broken and therefore difficult to use. Sleeping on the sofa bad was uncomfortable and it had a big roll towards the middle.
The good things? Nice room and bathroom, very clean, plenty of space, great location, nice towels. Friendly helpful staff on arrival (unlike the check out), really appreciated being able to store luggage until check in time. Good block out curtains and no airport noise.
For the price, I would not return until I knew those first things had improved.
