This is an excellent little hotel right in the middle of where we wanted to be, close to everything. Whatever you do, do not bring a car into Edinburgh. It is a nightmare to find parks and very expensive. Public transport is excellent.

Highly recommended.
Very elegant and delightful town house in Edinburgh. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The toiletries were luxury quality. The location could not have been better. A gem of a place. I will now make this my go to place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. And to top it off there is a gorgeous wine bar 30 seconds walk away.

Great hotel in the city centre. Near to tram lines and the city centre. Pre arrival documents cover everything you need to know about the hotel that was only opened in Dec 2023. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We stayed in the Walker room which was small but we knew that before we arrived. If you are staying more than a night or two and have lots of luggage it would be worth upgrading to a bigger room. Can’t really fault the the hotel overall.

The room was lovely and very clean. I loved the little touches that were dotted about. However my room was opposite the main door, so there was noise. Rooms weren’t very soundproof so was aware of other people in their room. Also the room I was in, must be linked to another room as I had to listen to gushing water while lying in bed. This was slightly odd and unsettling

We stayed in the stunning Grosvenor suite. Beautiful interior design down to the smallest detail. Perfectly located in the West End within walking distance to everything. Some lovely pubs and restaurants in the area, would recommend Durbar Indian Kitchen 2 minutes walk away. Would highly recommend and stay again when we’re next in Edinburgh.
