The hotel was clean and the room heating worked fine. Our room was not ready for 1.5 hours after the check in time and then they gave us a room right next to the elevator which makes a lot of noise. I asked for another room and they gave us one that was on a higher floor, very quiet with a beautiful view. They also brought us a nice tray of sweets to make up for the previous problem.
