As you step into our beautifully designed apartment, you'll immediately be captivated by the contemporary ambiance and attention to detail. The fully equipped kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and ample countertop space, inviting you to channel your inner chef and prepare delicious meals. Whether you're hosting a dinner party or enjoying a casual breakfast, the dining area provides a cosy spot to savour your culinary creations. The two bedrooms are meticulously decorated, exuding elegance and comfort. The bedrooms offer luxurious king-sized beds. Both rooms come with Key Views high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, appointed with modern fixtures and Key Views fluffy towels and luxury hotel grade amenities.

The building also features a sparkling swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness centre.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
