Neighborhood is not great. Police activity in the parking lot on the premises all night. Dog waste on the stairs up to the room. Carpet and bed frame stained. Faucet in the bathtub leaking, light switch plates weren't properly attached. You could see wiring. Shower had black mildew in the groutand the desk had stuff stuck to it.
