Holiday home 25 in wooded area

The nature house is located on a "green" recreation park south of the attractive (green) village of Den Ham. The park is small-scale, quietly situated in nature and has a clear vision: guests must feel at home in a natural and casual way. The landlords do not rent to groups of young people without supervision.

You can really relax here. Coziness is central to this holiday bungalow. Drinks and drinks can be enjoyed at the table.
The two kitchens are small and compact. The nature house is double equipped with a fridge-freezer, four-burner gas stove and a combi microwave. Of course there is also thought of a complete 12-person set, kettles and coffee makers. Bedroom layout: 1 double bed (2 persons) 1 room 2 x bunk beds (four people in total) divided into two rooms six separate single beds divided over three rooms (1 room a bit more spacious, 2 smaller) Single beds can also be pushed together.

Nature and environment
The Zandstuvebos with its wonderful walking and cycling routes is within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there is much more natural beauty to admire: Eerde, Junne, the Engberdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate, you name it. It is the perfect base for those who like to go for a nice walk or bike ride. Den Ham and the surrounding villages offer ample facilities for everyone. In addition to fun in the wooded area, there are many more activities. You can even find an outdoor swimming pool in Den Ham. In addition, amusement parks such as Hellendoorn Adventure Park (10 minutes by car), Ballorig, Kartplaza Nijverdal (10 minutes by car) and Pony Park Slagharen (25 minutes by car). The location of the cottage is pretty central with beautiful places and cities in the area such as Ommen, Hardenberg, Zwolle, Enschede and Almelo. Even the German border shows itself!

Sauber aber einfach eingerichtet
Es war sauber aber doch sehr einfach eingerichtet. Es fehlt ein kleines bisschen Komfort. Ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schrank für mitgebrachte Lebensmittel wäre hilfreich gewesen. Doch ansonsten war alles was man braucht da.

Bungalow 24
Wij verbleven tijdens de kerstdagen in bungalow24. Met drie gezinnen in totaal met 12 personen. Er zijn zes slaapkamers. Waarvan één met stapelbed. Er zijn twee woonruimtes. Wij hebben van één woonruimte een gameruimte gemaakt voor de kinderen en uiteindelijk niet alleen voor de kinderen 😉. Er zijn twee keukens. Je kunt in één keuken, met goed passen en meten, twee tafels in kwijt zodat je wel gezamenlijk kunt ontbijten/dineren. Twee kleine douches met toilet. Het is er schoon en de sleutel is via een sleutellocker op te halen.

Familienwochenende
Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern von 0-9 Jahren im Ferienhaus. Die Kinder fanden die Etagenbetten toll. Die Schlafräume für die Erwachsenen waren teils eng, so dass man über das Fußende des Bettes ein- und aussteigen musste. Platz um Sachen zu verstauen gab es aber im großen Wohnzimmer (Schrank) genug. Die Duschen sind etwas eng. Die Küchen waren bis auf Schälmesser/Sparschäler, gut ausgestattet. Was mir persönlich in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos nicht ganz klar wurde: es handelt sich sozusagen um 2 Wohneinheiten für je 6 Personen, mit je 1 Bad und je einer Küche. Die Wohnungen sind durch ein großes, gemeinsames Wohnzimmer verbunden. So gab es auch für die Kinder bei Regenwetter genügend Platz zum Spielen. Wir haben letztlich eine Küche gemeinsam benutzt, um zusammen an einem Tisch sitzen zu können, was auch passte. Die Kommunikation mit der zuständigen Ansprechpartnerin war sehr gut. Es wurde schon im Vorfeld schnell auf Fragen, per Mail geantwortet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte mit einem Code und Schlüsselkasten. Geparkt werden konnte direkt hinter/neben dem Gebäude. Wir besuchten eine Indoorkirmes ca 20/25 Minuten (Auto) entfernt. Ansonsten kann ich über die Lage/Umgebung nicht viel sagen.

Keetachtige woning met dunne wanden. Daardoor erg gehorig. Bovendien slechte matrassen en kussens. Al met al 2 slechte nachten gehad, door een lekkende goot, harde wind, verkeer en slechte bedden. Inventaris wel goed.

Funtioneel verblijf voor kleine families uitjes
Ondanks dat het meubilair wat gedateerd zijn . Voldeed het huis prima aan de verwachting voor een familie weekend van grootouders , kinderen en kleinkinderen. Het inchecken was prima met een sleutelkluisje aan de muur. Het enige nadeel vonden wij de geheimzinnigheid vooraf over de exacte lokatie van het huisje. Het adres kregen we pas een week voor de daadwerkelijk huur data ipv. tijdens het reserveren.

Alle Erwartungen erfüllt
Schönes großes Gebäude, mit genügend Platz für 12 Personen. Eine tolle Rasenfläche für Kinder zum spielen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Liegt recht zentral, für tolle Tagesausflüge. Es waren acht wirklich schöne Tage, die uns viel Spaß gemacht haben. Eine kleine Anmerkung: Es wäre schön wenn dort ein Grill zur Verfügung stehen würde, um abends grillen zu können. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. :)
