Enjoy your coffee on the private backyard patio deck off of the kitchen and listen to the birds sing in the trees or to your children jump on the 10 ft. trampoline!

3 full bedrooms upstairs with a master ensuite and 1 full bedroom downstairs with a flex gym/office space.

Our home is a close walk to Pebble Hill Park, Dennison Park, Diefenbaker Waterpark, Fred Gingell Park and the stairs to the ocean.
