Super cute tiny home on a 140 acre pecan farm, appropriately called "The Nut Farm". Only 15 minutes to Boyd or Decatur square with shops & restaurants, yet feel like you are a million miles away from it all. Come lay under the stars, bird watch, fish in the Trinity River, pet the farm animals, or just relax on the porch and watch the cattle graze. When you are ready to disconnect and just enjoy nature come hang out at The Nut Farm in Paradise!

The Space:
It truly is a place to come and get away from it all. You can't help but to just be happy and at peace. Slow it down for just a bit and pet some farm animals, enjoy watching the cattle graze, the birds sing, feel the breeze as the pecan trees sway, and best of all star gaze to the symphony of frogs, crickets, locus, coyotes and who knows what else. We are literally in Paradise!

The Neighborhood:
Only 15 minutes from Boyd and the really cute Decatur square. Decatur has Walmart, shops, restaurants and pretty much anything you need.

Paradise it is!
My son and I stayed a few days after the sale of my home in Ft Worth and we both fell in love with the property. Everything is as advertised but what you can't get a feel for is the amazing grounds you will be on. Gorgeous pecan trees, a pond, the Trinity River adjoining the property, acres and acres to take a walk on and animals to amuse. It is a great place for some serious R&R! Communication with the owners is easy and prompt, they will take care of you!
