We didn’t use the accommodation as our flights changed from Australia to Dallas Fort Worth and there is a “no cancellation policy”. I won’t be doing that again, it was a total waste of money, I will be booking and conversing with accommodation facilities direct in future ☹️

Clean rooms and courteous staff. Breakfast had mini muffins, bread, scrambled eggs, yogurt packs, fresh fruit, cereal, pan cakes, hash browns, juices and tea/coffee.

The hotel was clean enough, comfortable enough. The staff barely paid any attention when we checked in. Answering phones, speaking to each other, while checking us in. Also the shuttle bus at our reserved time was over full, so we had to wait for the next one. Other than staff I would rate 4 star.

I didn't like a few things. First i paid in advance for my room. I was told they still required a deposit for $50! Usually the card will only be charged for incidentals if you purchase something or make a call. This is not the case. It's not on file, they charge it! I couldn't sleep so i asked if i could take the 5:35 or 5:55 airport shuttle. I was informed that both shuttles were completely full! I was on the furst floor and dressed so i had to see for myself! The shuttle did not run! The guy at the front desk could have been honest but he lied and said yhey were full! Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am. The person responsible for setting it up arrived at 5:55 am! Breakfast was up by 6:15am. There was not enough seats for the amount of guests that had signed up for the shuttle! And the driver's in the DFW Airport area usually ask which terminal you are departing from , but not this drivers.He said everyone could go through terminal A and take the train to there departing terminal! I happen to work for the largest airline in DFW and if you are not flying on tgem the TSA will not allow you to go through the terminal. You must enter at your airlines security! And people actually tipped him for this disgraceful service! I provide good service when i work and i expect the same! Also I feel that the hotel didn’t represent the ethnicities of this country well. We aren't in India! If i were then I could understand why every employee was Indian, but this was DFW no diversity?

Lovely, clean rooms with nice bedding and comfortable beds. Good breakfast beginning at 6 am, free shuttle to airport. I recommend it!
