I stayed in Embassy suites before, but this one’s probably the worst. One parking was no good kind of sketchy downstairs. The hotel was OK. I will not stay there again though.

At first we were given keys to an occupied room. If that wasn’t enough, once we got to our room, there was an unknown wet area on the floor by dresser. Then to top things off, the toilet seat was about to fall off. We reported all of these issues to the front desk and was told we would be contacted about the problems and were were not. I even went to the front desk the next day and was promised a call back and again, nothing. Oh yeah! Parking sucks!

Booked our stay Fri-Mon. Arriving there were some sketchy stuff going on in the parking lot. We had a young child with us! When it was time for bed that night the pull out bed was stained and disgusting, the sheets provided were also stained. Asked for more, waited 30+ minutes then we walked down to all the employees sitting on their phone-then they handed us a sheet. Which was also stained, as well as the other pair given. Finally demanded a double bed room(was in a King suite) we waited for over an hour for the keys they told us they were bringing up. Went down to get keys and once again all employees were on their phone. Finally we moved to a double bed-didn’t bother unpacking anything bc as soon as we woke up the next morning we left & booked at a homewood suites where we had the BEST time as a family.
