A fantastic and charming historical property just south of downtown Dallas. A hidden gem in some ways. Great rooftop bar experience, large rooms, great lobby, and walkable location. I wish the Southside area were progressing more with restaurant, shopping, and other options, but, there is more than plenty to do nearby.

great rooftop view. But, not able to provide advertised free shuttle to venue, or promised refund one way of UBER. no free pkng as promised. valet fee of 30.00. violent domestic incident downhall from 2,to 4 am woke and frightened us and other hotel users. won't be back.

Cute, trendy boutique hotel. Walls are very thin, so you can hear neighbors & people above you. We were on 4th floor & heard the music from the rooftop bar both nights.
