    大連市内観光等に便利なリーズナブルなホテル
    国際会議場での学会に参加するために宿泊しました。国際会議場までは、途中1箇所、信号がない交通量の比較的多い道路を横断することさえ問題視しなければ、十分徒歩で行けます。国際会議場近くのヒルトン等に比べ、ホテル周辺にレストランやコンビニエンスストアも沢山あり、色々と便利です。また、地下鉄の駅へも徒歩5分くらいですので、どこへ行くにも便利です（大連の地下鉄は清潔で安く、切符の買い方と手荷物をX線スキャンする必要があることを知っていれば、非常に便利です）。 ホテルのスタッフは余り英語が得意でない印象を受けました。フロントでどうにか会話が通じる感じで、朝食用レストランのスタッフは、殆ど通じない感じです。朝食代込みで無いプランで予約したため、朝食をホテルのレストランで取りたい旨、フロントに伝えたところ、「レストランに直接行って、部屋番号を告げれば大丈夫」と言われたにも関わらず、いざレストランに行くと「フロントで聞いてくれ」と言われる始末（しかも、同行した中国人の通訳にて事情を了解）。最初から朝食付きのプランにした方が安全かも知れません。 部屋の清掃等は行き届いており、エアコンもきちんと作動しており快適でした。 インターネットはケーブル接続、WiFi接続とも可能でしたが、かなり遅くて途中で断線することが多々ありました。 全体的にみて「すばらしい！！」というレベルでは無いかも知れませんが、泊まるには快適で交通の便も良く、値段もリーズナブルですので、大連へ出張という方にはお薦めします。

    大連出張時にはいつも利用しています。金額のわりにはきれいだと感じています。もちろん英語も問題ないですし快適です。 大連市街地から少し離れていますが、歩いて30分弱で大連駅に行けるので景色や街並みを楽しみながら散歩できますので自分にとってはちょうど良いと感じています。

    星４のホテルで宿泊は初めてです。絶対におすすめ。。。
    駅から近いし、部屋が広くて満足。特に浴場やｗｃも清潔でした。受付の担当者の愛想が良かったが、レストランの作業者はもう少しマナーが悪い。おしゃべりが多いのをよく見かけます。

    地下鉄開業で中心街へのアクセスがよくなった。
    ・日本人には穴場のホテルである。 ・朝食は宿泊費に含まれていないので、割安感が無いので、外出が面倒でなければ近隣のレストランを使用も良い。 ・地下鉄、バス、徒歩を組み合わせて利用すれば、結構早く、安価で目的地に行ける（今まではタクシ-利用が多い)。 ・フロントに英語が出来る人がいるので、中国語が出来なくても英語で(英語が出来る方がいる)用事が通じる。筆談でもＯＫ。 ・朝食は宿泊料金に含まれていないので、利用していない。ホテル周辺に色々有るので上手く利用すれば、バラエティ-の ある食事(昼食/夕食)が可能。パン屋/果物屋も有るので、偏った食事をしないで済む。 ・部屋によっては、余り使用していない部屋もある(棚にホコリある⇒余り利用されていない部屋?)ので、別の部屋(同じ タイプの部屋があれば)に交換も状況によっては可能。 ・手荷物の盗難防止用の鍵を必ず付けて管理していれば問題ない（他のホテルでバッグの中の所持品の盗難にあった）。 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　以上
