Very friendly staff and very helpful, the place is being upgraded and this is evident , bathrooms are fantastic and overall the place is great. Will go back if in the area again, would recommend this place for sure.

I didn't like the that my credit card was charged BEFORE I checked in! I got a message while travelling that my card had been declined due to insufficient funds. Of course it did - I didn't get paid till 1pm but I knew I was checking in around 4pm and the money would have been in my account by then. By the time I got there though, the payment had gone through. As far as I'm aware, Wotif states no the payment will not be processed till I'm at the hotel. The info I got from the hotel states that the room must be paid for 'on arrival'. They should not be processing payments before this.

Thanks but it is our policy to do this as people like yourselves who have no money in their account hold up our rooms and half the time do not show up therefore we have lost the sale of the room. You know what your financial situation is but we dont, not mind readers.
