The hotel had plenty of staff to take care of all of your needs and most of the staff could speak English also. They helped us get shuttles, point us to best locations to eat, help us with our Viator booking, and the free buffet breakfast was better than most expensive restaurants!

Excellent place. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They even had super early breakfast for people who had to leave for tour trips before standard breakfast hours began. It was real breakfast too. Not just a muffin and coffee or something. My only gripe was being harrassed by people trying to sell things ON THE PROPERTY GROUNDS. And even inside of the hotel lobby. And they were persistent too. A simple "no" wasn't enough to be left alone. Since I am an American foreigner, it could be that that's part of their culture here or something but it was extremely off-putting that the hotel allows this sort of thing to be done on their property. Other than that, I enjoyed it. I would come back if I visit again. I can accept the unwanted solicitation if that's the worse thing I can say about the place.
