Bed let the side down.
Friendly welcome, the room was very clean but quite dated. The bed was very worn with springs poking through, very uncomfortable. Amazing views and very well located for amenities.

No towels. Stained toilet roll. Amazing sunrise.
Where do i start. Booked this "hotel" over a premier inn as advertised as including breakfast. Arrived to be told "you do know its room only" and then given a list of places to eat that night and for breakfast the nest morning. Taken to the room shown how to turn the shower on -that was the only time we saw anyone during our stay. There were no towels supplied in our room, only the floor matt. The one cheap quality toilet roll that had been provided has brown satins smeared on the holder and edge of the roll - left as soon as we were up and dressed as there was no way i was using stained toilet roll. The tv turns on, other than that you get nothing to watch. The heating turns off and 9:30 after that the heat intstanly disappears and you have a fan heater which was the loudest fan heater going. The sunrise and comfy bed are the ONLY good points of our stay

Appalling room matched by terrible service
On arrival met by man who gave us our key and turned on the central heating to warm room. Room had not been hoovered, flaking paintwork on the carpet, tv didn’t work, no soap in dispenser, milk was out of date last December and teabags were open and dry. Dining room was closed. No breakfast. No staff around from 8.15 to 9 am. Bell in reception didn’t work. There was a note with a contact number on reception. It went straight to answer machine. Another guest told us they had been informed about lack of breakfast and advised us to find a cafe. Whilst doing this we sent a text to the reception number and got a reply from a lady who said she had not worked there for six months! But she would send a message to owner. He eventually contacted us to say we should leave and put key in reception and he would refund us through hotels.com. We have had no further communication from him or any refund. We had stayed here previously with great food and service but it appears to have been totally neglected. Had we been informed of the situation re lack of breakfast we would have booked elsewhere, as it was we had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice.

Falsely Advertised
Hotel was decent enough, friendly staff, advertised as free breakfast included in stay but was told this was not the case upon check in - false advertising - this needs changing

Good location
Yep, very good location, amazing views of the sunrise and sunset and the location is teo minutes walk to the sea. The only disapointment was we booked for bed and breakfast. There was a ceiling replaster whilst we visited so no breakfast and we were not informed of this. The room was nice, tidy and functional. Just whatcwe needed for our time away.

Sadly very disappointed with my stay. No kitchen / food despite being advertised & paying for bed & breakfast. Only saw the owners once at check in. Dated decor & carpet on stairs needed hoovering & cleaning. The bedroom was very cold. No heating on the first night but was provided an extra blanket & little blower heater which wasn’t ideal. They did not check the room properly… no shower gel & ran out of toilet roll with no spare provided. Shame because it has a lot of potential. Good location though
