Pleasantly surprised!
I was very impressed with BridgePointe. I was in for a very quick trip to the area and needed a nice, affordable place to stay. This location checked all the boxes. Clean, smelled nice, comfy beds, good shower, friendly staff, great location, and breakfast! It was clear that the hotel had recently been updated.

The staff was very friendly! Breakfast good. Beds not comfortable with thin coverings. Pillows were good. Room was still illuminated even with lights out and curtain closed. Location felt a little sketchy. Property was ok, old feeling with sub par upgrades; kinda cold n sterile feeling in the area of decor and lots of hard floors. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest…corners, commode n shower.

Clean & Relaxing accommodations
We have stayed here many times, and it is always clean and friendly. Plenty of parking easy access to all our needs even with the interstate construction going on. We brought family with us this time and they loved it as equally as we did. We met other visitors who seemed to be enjoying their stay as much as we did even, thou theirs was for a funeral and ours was for a surprise 90th birthday party. Different celebrations of life equally important and the front desk employees were so friendly and helpful with all our needs.
