Pulled in and there are very few parking spots available before the extremely low overhead: I’m in a uhaul and cannot fit under the overhead, but a large van has parked sideways taking the only 4 spots left up. Manager is standing outside and I ask him to please have the van park correctly so I can also park. Hes very very rude and says no, “they are sleeping” not sure how he would even know this though. Then told me I can cancel my reservation if I don’t like it (knowing there’s nowhere else for me to park, and it’s non refundable). Check in and go up to room with my boyfriend and kitten. Went down to grab stuff from truck and he, again very rudely, demands I come to the office now. Walk over there and he starts going off that I have an animal in the room and says I have 10 minutes to leave or he’s calling cops. When I booked this room, I had PET FRIENDLY selected as a filter. I get no refund for the room cost or deposit. How is this acceptable?!
