Quaint place with great access.
Great property with an incredible courtyard! Close to freeways that will get you everywhere. Was worried about proximity to airport…Not bad.

Great hotel. Service was outstanding. Both a Starbucks and a local gourmet coffee place within walking distance. Other places for quick food. I left something in the room, and they held it for me and recorded it in their system. My only complaint is not with the hotel but with the Expedia booking site, which did not record the parking fee they charge.

I have stayed at the Ayres for many years. The entry looks nice. Rooms are not so great. The property is very tired. The heating unit was very noisy which kept me up. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. Things are wearing out. They no longer have the breakfast which wasn’t a terrible thing, but I was looking forward to it. They charge to park in their lot. It’s a third party so quite a nightmare if there is an issue. You have to go to an app to pay for parking before they will give you the room. I bought my nights with free parking. They would not honor it. I showed the free parking on my reservation to the manager. She did try to fix it but couldn’t control the third party. I was to be there for 3 days. After one night of the loud heater and running toilet plus parking I checked out and went to another hotel. It’s such a shame this was such a nice hotel. Sorry to give a bad report, but you should be aware of parking fee and no breakfast. The hotel is quite expensive when you add on parking.
