This fabulous two bedroom coastal chic, 2nd floor unit features 10ft ceilings, Tile flooring, Granite Counters, Stainless appliances and a built-in Banquette where everyone can gather for dinner or a game of cards! A balcony overlooking the town center is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunset or a glass of wine in the evening after a long day on the beach! There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

We really enjoyed our stay. All the amenities are there onsite. There aren’t any reasons to leave the property. We will definitely stay again.
