I won’t stay at this hotel or chain again!!!!!
very disappointed, I booked this hotel for 7 people due to a business trip. according to the website it had a SPA, including a sauna and bathtub. Arriving at the hotel I was told that it was under construction. the rooms were not air-conditioned and room service has to be requested, I asked for a room refresh and only the towels were taken away leaving me with just a single clean towel and the sheets were not changed the water content in the shower is terrible and the bathroom is all wet after a shower. the shower is terrible, sometimes I thought the water was running out because the outlet was so weak. I will not stay at this hotel or chain again.

Very disappointing Breakfast!!!
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the 2 disappointing things were: 1) Breakfast very very poor selection!!! 2) The guest needs to request via a app to clean the room and to book breakfast - ridiculous!!! Let people enjoy their break instead of them needing to chase the hotel to do the hotel basic commitmens instead of having to chase them via apps!!!
