This was my partner and I's first time in Cloudcroft and the experience at this property was absolutely perfect! The room was decorated beautifully, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and best I've had in a long time at a hotel. The only thing that is troublesome if you're a light sleeper (bring earplugs) is the walls are thin so you may hear your upstairs and next door neighbors. But other than that, everything was great! We will stay again!
