Had poor customer service there. I will never go back, pool was not well kept up. Not enough seating in the pool area. Elevators had water and juice spilled on it early in the morning, and even on the late night.

We arrived around 7pm and checked into our room that was freezing cold. I called to the front desk and the gentelman gave us another room, however that heating unit acted like it had a short in it and flickered on amd off. I went down to the desk to tell the gentelman work and at that time her went to loom at 4 other vacant rooms and found one for us with heat. The room did warm up, however the bathroom was not clean. There was a smeared bug on the bathroom wall, used toliet paper in to the toilet that was not feom us and the bathtub not not caulked well or clean. Paying over $100.00 a night was crazy. Ive stayed in Motel 6 that was cleaner than this hotel. I will not return to this hotel.

Hotel needs updating. Something is always non- functioning here. This time it was the hot tub. Pool was lukewarm but facility was not heated well.

Everything was good expect there was a fight in early Saturday morning on the 4th floor right outside my room was arguing and door slamming but the police came and cleared it up
